AI & PROCESS DISCLOSURE
Cresponia Story Works
At Cresponia Story Works, we believe clarity matters—especially as creative tools evolve. This page exists to clearly document how AI tools are and are not used in the creation of our stories.
What AI Is Not Used For
AI is not used to:
- Generate story concepts, plots, or outlines
- Write scenes, dialogue, or narrative prose
- Create characters, relationships, or emotional arcs
- Replace human authorship or creative decision-making
All stories published under Cresponia Story Works are written by human authors. Narrative voice, thematic intent, pacing, and character development are the result of human drafting, revision, and collaboration.
What AI Is Used For
AI tools may be used after primary drafts exist for:
- Proofreading and grammar checks
- Timeline and continuity verification
- Consistency checks across long-form works
- Formatting assistance and technical validation
- Limited exploratory brainstorming after core ideas are established
These uses are comparable to advanced spellcheckers, beta readers, or editorial assistants—they do not generate the work itself.
Artwork & Visual Materials
- Some promotional artwork and placeholder covers are created using AI tools.
- Character artwork is hand-created by Leasey Crespo, co-author and illustrator.
- AI-generated visuals are clearly identified and treated as provisional where applicable.
Final editions may include fully human-illustrated artwork as the series evolves.
Transparency & Verification
We maintain complete AI interaction logs related to our editorial and technical processes.
These logs are available upon request to:
- Publishers
- Literary agents
- Editors
- Review organizations
This is offered to support due diligence, professional review, and informed collaboration.
Our Philosophy
We don’t believe AI replaces creativity.
We believe systems should be visible, not hidden.
Our stories examine power, consent, and systems of control—so our process reflects the same values: intention, authorship, and accountability.
If you have questions about our workflow, tools, or methodology, we welcome the conversation.
